Bryan Piligra joined Big Dog Strategies in 2017 following his role as Deputy Communications Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. As Vice President, Piligra has consulted candidates and committees, managed grassroots and field operations, led direct mail copywriting, and executed communication strategies for Fortune 500 companies and clients at the local, state, and national levels. During the 2022 midterm election cycle, Piligra served as lead consultant for Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) — the only Republican to flip a congressional seat in Virginia despite being out-spent by more than a 3-to-1 margin.
